Moray

In the Sacred Valley of the Incas lies the archaeological site of Moray, a site of agricultural terraces that, at first glance, resemble amphitheaters. These concentric terraces were built by the Incas as an agricultural laboratory. Each terrace has its own microclimate, depending on its depth. In total, there are three circular complexes that are very popular with tourists.

                Where is?

The Moray archaeological site is located 7 kilometers from the town of Maras in the Sacred Valley of the Incas. It is reached by a road trip of approximately 50 kilometers from Cusco. The site is located at an altitude of 3,500 meters above sea level (11,482 ft).
