Chinancocha Lagoon (Llanganuco)
At the foot of Mount Huascarán, in the Llanganuco Gorge, nature offers one of the finest spectacles humankind can experience. Like two mirrors of the sky, the Chinancocha and Orconcocha lagoons have created a new color in nature. They are not green, nor are they blue. Perhaps they resemble turquoise.
