Cabo Blanco is a fishing cove in the province of Talara, in the department of Piura, in northwestern Peru, located 3 km from El Alto,[2] on the shores of the Pacific Ocean. It is considered the southernmost point of the Gulf of Guayaquil. It is frequently visited by surfers from all over the world.
