Inca Baths
Baños del Inca is a Peruvian town, the capital of the district of the same name, located in the province of Cajamarca, in the south of the department of the same name. It is located at 2,665 meters above sea level in the Cajamarca Valley, making it the second largest city in the valley after Cajamarca.
Currently, Baños del Inca is one of the most visited tourist spots in Cajamarca. Here you will find pools with private, enclosed hot springs (perfect for sharing with your friends or partner), outdoor pools, and other therapeutic treatment services. You can also see other pools where temperatures exceed 70°C.
Where is?
It is located at 2,515 m above sea level. It is also surrounded by the Chonta River, which joins the Mashcon River in the town of Huayrapongo and forms the Cajamarquino River. This in turn is a tributary of the Crisnejas River (a tributary of the Marañón River).
